FLIR TG56-2 Spot Infrared Thermometer with Type K Thermocouple

  • MEASURE SAFELY

Provides non-contact temperature measurement and a 30:1 spot ratio to measure a smaller target from a safer distance.

  • PINPOINT PRECISION

Equipped with Class II laser sighting and a maximum IR temperature of 1300°C (2372°F) for accurate measurements.

  • EASE OF USE

The TG56-2’s color display screen provides easy viewing of current reading and selected reference temperature reading simultaneously. The included Type K thermocouple allows contact temperature readings with ease. Up to 99 readings can be stored and recalled when needed.

Description

FLIR TG56-2 Infrared Thermometer with Spot Ratio 30:1 and Thermocouple

The FLIR TG56-2 provides safer temperature readings where high temperature readings are required. Providing a distance to spot ratio of 30:1, the TG56-2 can measure smaller targets from a safer distance.

Pinpoint precision is driven by infrared technology, Class II laser sighting, and a maximum IR temperature of 1300°C (2372°F). The colour display screen is designed for you to easily view current and selected reference temperature readings simultaneously. The thermometer also includes a Type K thermocouple for contact temperature readings.

Key Features

  • Take measurements easily from a safer distance, even in hard-to-reach spots
  • Intuitive and user-friendly design with a vivid display
  • Bright worklights and laser pointer for precise targeting in

Main Applications

  • Inspecting industrial equipment, both electrical and mechanical
  • Monitoring equipment for signs of degradation before it fails
  • Ensuring energy efficiency in building inspections

The Sizzling Impact of Dark Roofs and Urban Heat Islands

Dark roofs are popular in Australian urban areas but they come with a catch. Dark coloured materials absorb and retain a substantial amount of heat, increasing local temperatures, and fostering urban heat islands. Understanding the impacts of dark roofs on urban heat is crucial for developing sustainable solutions to mitigate their effects and building resilient cities. The
